Air Care Alliance
The Air Care Alliance is a nationwide league of humanitarian flying organizations whose volunteer pilot members are dedicated to community service. The organization’s website includes a directory, searchable by state, of the 60 participating volunteer aviation groups. To request a flight, complete their online form.

Air Charity Network, a national network of autonomous regional members serving all 50 states, arranges free flights for patients in financial distress and their families in private planes to hospitals for medical care, including chemotherapy, clinical trials and other repetitive treatments.
American Cancer Society Road to Recovery

The American Cancer Society Road to Recovery program provides automobile transportation via volunteer drivers to and from treatment for people with cancer who do not have a ride or are unable to drive themselves. To qualify, patients must be traveling to an appointment for treatment or follow-up any time after treatment.
Corporate Angel Network

Corporate Angel Network (CAN) is the only charitable organization whose sole mission is to fly cancer patients (children and adults) to the hospital where they need to be to receive specialized treatment. CAN pairs empty seats on both private and corporate planes with patients who need them at no cost. Flights are open to all cancer patients, bone marrow donors and recipients stem cell donors and recipients who are ambulatory and not in need of medical support while traveling. Eligibility is not based on financial need, and patients may travel as often as necessary. Complete a patient request form to register for the program.

HOPE Lodge

HOPE Lodge is a charitable project from the American Cancer Society offering cancer patients and their caregivers a place to stay when they are being treated away from home. Patients staying at HOPE Lodge must be in active cancer treatment and permanently reside more than 40 miles or one hour away from their cancer treatment canter.

Mercy Medical Angels (MMA) is a national charitable organization whose mission is to remove the barrier to medical care. MMA bridges the access gap by providing ground and air transportation to patients in need throughout the United States and, at times, internationally through: deep-discount airline ticket programs with major U.S. airlines; volunteer pilot programs (within 750 miles); and ground transportation programs (within 300 miles). MMA also operates the National Patient Travel Helpline®, which provides information and referrals for all forms of charitable, long-distance medical transportation.
